Spring Hill College’s Best Kept Secret:
Friends of the Spring Hill College Library Membership in the Friends includes borrowing privileges at Burke Library.

For 29 years the “friends” have helped the college’s library with resources and services through good and difficult times. By providing extraordinary support to the library for many years we have benefited all segments of the College community including faculty, staff, students and alumni. One example that will be of particular interest to alumni is the newly digitized college yearbooks and student newspapers (Springhillian) that will enable alumni, and others doing institutional research, to search on-line through all past issues (libguides.shc.edu/digitalcollections).

Now we need your help to continue this effort. The library’s needs have never been greater. If you are not currently a member of the “Friends”, please consider joining us (libguides.shc/friendsofthelibrary). If you can, also consider serving on the Board and/or volunteering to help the Book Nook, the Friend’s second-hand bookstore in Burke Library, where the prices cannot be beat. Just as a reminder, a major benefit of joining the Friends is that you can borrow items from the Burke Library.
